This is a great Caesar salad dressing that can easily make a plain salad more exciting. Enjoy!

Caesar Salad Dressing

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

¼ cup buttermilk

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

6 anchovy fillets, rinsed and patted dry

2 teaspoons Worcestershire

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

2 garlic cloves, minced

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper

½ cup olive oil

Blend all of the dressing ingredients except the oil in a blender on high speed until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed, about 30 seconds. With the motor running, add the oil in a steady stream.
